The Homebuyers Club

How we make money

Last updated 25 September 2026 · Plain-English wording written by the Club; solicitor review planned

1. The app is free to you

Members never pay for The Homebuyers Club. "[OPERATING COMPANY NAME]" earns money from partners and brand partnerships, not from members.

2. Referral fees

When you ask to be connected to a partner (for example a mortgage broker, conveyancer or surveyor) and go on to use them, the partner may pay us a fee. We show you the exact fee disclosure for that partner before every referral, and you only go ahead if you tap to confirm. You never pay more for coming through the Club.

3. Offers from lenders and housebuilders

If you switch on offers in Settings, lenders or housebuilders may pay us to reach members who have said yes. We do not share your details with them; we pass their message to you.

4. What this does not change

Your Ready Score, the schemes we show and the guides are the same for everyone and are not influenced by who pays us. Our Ask assistant never recommends a specific lender or product. Advice about your own mortgage only ever comes from a regulated broker.

5. Partners

We only work with partners regulated by the FCA, SRA, CLC or RICS as applicable, and we show their registration number on the connection screen.
